unpair controller from account

Im selling an elite controller to someone but I’m not sure how to unpair it from my account, can anyone help?

Or how do I factory reset it?

controllers are not like that nothing personal is on it just sell it as is

when they get it they will have to pair it up and it will lose sync to yours when they do
