need help witb home xbox and sharing games with other accounts

Basically I logged into my xbox

and I i had want3ed to play gta

so i checked and said I don't have access since my brother bought the game

I click on itand now its working but i no longer have his live membership i used to have it

I checked and my xbox is the home xbox so I don't know what hte issue is

he does have a live membership

so how do I Regain access of that said membership since clearly i don't have it. once i click to do online on any game it sayts I need the membership

but i wante dot share with hy my brother since he already has a menbership

well i made the home xbox on his account as mine

it gave me access to the games but not his live membership
