Avatar Lip Color

I was customizing my Xbox Avatar, and I'm wondering how to change my top and bottom lip color separately. The closest I've gotten is using the lipstick in makeup to correct it to my top lip color, but it isn't accurate and I'm not sure if I want to use lipstick unless absolutely necessary to look accurate. This isn't urgent so respond whenever

But keep in mind that almost nothing uses avatars anymore. There hasn’t been a new avatar game in years.
