I need a refund on my game | XBOX | Page 1

So I bought terraria yesterday, I played it a little yesterday and mostly today. Didn't like it. So I wanted a refund so I could buy another game and my request was instantly denied. Why? It was under 14 days of purchase. The reasoning behind the denial was "Refunds aren't available for digital purchases that have been played or used." ... Pardon? Could somebody help me out here
