Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

Listing some of the specifics requested above, like specifically what is the current OS version you are on, what is the error code shown along with "there's a problem", and what you've tried, will make it much easier to try and help you @fossil chasm
Alright give me a minute, there's three codes. This would be easier if I could share a photo
Alright first the update says 2% with the bar 1/3 the way full, and then it goes to a screen that says "There was a problem with the update" err code: 0x80072EFE 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004
OS is 10.0.25398.1762
And I've tried every piece of troubleshooting on Xbox support related to the err code above, which wasn't much
Have you tried rebooting your modem / router?
Because that error is indicating your network connection is getting closed after it starts downloading
It's a college wifi system, but even then I've tried hotspot
