it turns on for like 5s then just turns off and dosnt connect

it has full charge and is synced to the xbox btw

Try to sync it with the Xbox again or connect via usb to test it.

i think mine is the same but its on for less than 5 seconds

even when i have usb connected it will just show it’s on and none of the buttons work or anything

I have connected to to my chromebook aswell using the cable and it works so i don’t know what the problem is and why it won’t work on my xbox

tried 2 different usb cables won’t work with either of them
