yeah im not sure where else to post but im trying to play xbox 360 games on my xbox one s but i cant even download profile or anything ive googled and done practically everything i need help

whenever i go to download profile it comes up with "cant connect to live" im talking to support right now and weve done everything and its still not working

Keep on trying, and perhaps just make sure it’s not a home wifi related error
