Yes so I don't know if it's my monitor but when I try to open a game the screen turns black for a second and then it loads back in to the game and when I quit then game it does the same thing can anyone help me please?

My monitor doesn't HDR somehow because when I go to the settings in Xbox it doesnt even give me a option to turn it on
