Try a different HDMI cable.
Try a different HDMI port on the display or a different display.
Factory reset the Xbox - https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Okay, if you still have the issue after doing the above, you'll likely either need to buy a new console, or find somewhere local that does repairs for Xbox One models because Xbox no longer services them.
