Can't get IP Address | XBOX | Page 1

It keeps giving me this meesages, I'm connected to the network but i says IPV4 when its normally connected to IPV6.

When I use ethernet it works perfectly fine it's just with wireless connection

It gives an unavailable NAT Type and the Service indo is also unavailable

been like this for a week and I tried everything

Just use Ethernet since it works?
