hi guys a week ago i make a purchase and i pay whit my phone credit (windtre) and i ask for a refund and they accepted it but i dont have the money on my credit

I meant did u check both ur ms acct and ur phone credit to see if it get a credit on either acct. If u dont see anything in next 24 hours i would contact xbox support

Go to payment options there should be ms acct credit as well in addition with whatever payment that u have
