Can anyone help because I forgot my @outlook account when I was going to use my recovering Gmail? I always had 8 accounts on one gmail, so when I recovered it, it said, “These accounts are hidden.

An email address is the@primary identifier for a Microsoft account. You can’t have multiple accounts with the same email address so I’m not sure what you’ve done.
