When ever i stream on twitch i would go to my stream audio and notice i cant hear anyone in the background. I aearched up on youtube how to fix it and for some reason i need a elgato in order to get game audio on twitch. This is a issue and bug because if i have my party chat on in twitch settings and people include their audio. You still wont hear anyone in the stream. This also happens with mixer so its not a twitch nor an mixer issue its an xbox issue.

Chat audio is not included when streaming directly from an Xbox

This is a privacy and legal issue

If you want to stream all audio including other peoples chat then you need to use a capture device

You can not include party audio to twitch on xbox you would need a capture card as you said. This is not a bug it just isnt a feature to start with. The include party audio on twitch your refering too is not for streaming right from xbox
