Whenever i launch a game, it will open and then close with the error message
"You started playing on Xbox One S"
You can only play one game at a time
then when i select play here instead, it will launch game and close showing me the same thing with that one option. Help?
oh and my monitor flashes a black screen when displaying the message idk if that will help or not

ive shut it down, unplugged it from the wall, held power button to make sure theres no power
ive restarted it, idk what else to do atp

there is a reset in settings
go to settings and then console info
pick what one u want one wil keep stuff and reset and the other will wipe it like day one

for some reason, it only happens on my account though
when i switch to my alt account games launch just fine

for somereason when i gave it to rest a couple hours it ended up launching games just fine

That literally means your account is being used elsewhere (on an Xbox One S apparently) to play a game at the same time. You can only play on one console at a time. Think about whether you’ve ever signed into someone else’s console. If you don’t think that should be happening I would make sure your password and proofs are secure.
