Try to re sync it and if not may need to send it in if it is under warranty not sure what else to do
well then not sure what to do may be why no one responded
Ok
Have you put fresh batteries in?
brand doesn't matter
Plz Tell me
ok, then try this:
Press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds so it fully powers off. Wait 10 more seconds, then turn it back on, and try turning on your controller again
did you see the boot screen of your console when you did it?
Yes
Then if you're still seeing problems, either the batteries you grabbed were not fresh batteries, or your controller has other problems. Does it work if you plug it in via USB?
I forgot to say something about USB nice call on that
connected it to a usb cable, now it lights up normally but it still doesn't light up
still not connecting
Does it stay lit up and flashing at least for longer than while holding it?
or does the light immediately turn off?
Yess
No
So your batteries were bad, which is why it was shutting off immediately. You should try pairing again now while it's connected via USB. Press the sync button on the controller and then press the sync button on the console
