power options/networks

I have to restart my xbox once or else NO networks will appear,
And now my power options wont show up whether i hold down the button or do it manually

Trying to bring the power options up manually also froze my xbox

And trying to hold the controller button just makes it buzz and nothing else happens

Nothing on the xbox sidebar works either
