the most likley isuue is because how you have your Network setup

Do you have an ISP-provided router? Do you have your own router? Do you have wifi range extenders?

What does your router plug in to

How does your Xbox connect to your router? WiFi mesh extender? Regular WiFi? Ethernet cable? Powerline adaptor? Another router or switch?
