Not sure whats going on but no server issues as of now ..maybe try a reboot on Xbox hold the power down till its off then press it after about 5 mins ..as for the app not sure maybe a re install ? https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

I had this issue last week and it just worked one day not sure what happened lol

I know whats going but not sure how to fix it maybe uninstall restart the pc or what ever it is on and see maybe lol
