Like the title says when i try pressing "a" on my controller nothing happens when im in the menus, but when im in game htere's no problem, i bypass this problem using the app on my phone but it's not really practical, i tried unplugging it for hours, for minutes or not at all, i also used the factory reset option and nothing happened, i tried using multiple controllers it doesn't change anything. It only does this on the main menu, im using a one s that i bought 4 years ago. I tried to contact the support but the forms only lead me to a virtual agent, not any of those lead to a real person to help solve my problem, i tried most of the things i could if anyone has any idea on how to solve this please tell me. (also it does show the animation when i press "a" like if i press it on a game the green border will shrink then get back in place with nothing more happening, also sorry for my bad english it's not my first language)

Do you have a keyboard or another controller attached where a button or key might be stuck down?
At any rate try unplugging anything else that could be an input device and see if it still happens.

Oh my god it's been a month since i have my keyboard plugged in i never noticed thank you so much for your help it finally works again
