Unable to redeem code

i have a code to minecraft realms off gamepass perks and whenever i try to click confirm it doesn’t let me and it freezes, im on xbox series S

Try redeeming it on the Microsoft website. See if it works there. This is more of a workaround.

that didn’t work, it says i have to redeem it by 13/10/23 (uk date)

but now it says the code is invalid
