i’ve checked everywhere but i can’t find anything that’s worked for me, i don’t wanna factory reset because i have accounts on here of which idk the password to

^it says i have it installed but when i try to launch it, it doesn’t work and error codes me

That error code is associated with a game not starting correctly or took too long just uninstall the game or app, restart your Xbox and then reinstall and try again

i said, “accounts” i don’t want to remove because they have data that’s important to me.

Well factory reset sounds like the right next step if “game won’t let me uninstall it”

And yes that means you’ll have to figure out what your password is.
