Tried literally almost everything from restarting services, using PowerShell ,uninstalling reinstalling repairing resetting the Xbox game app, going to a restore point of windows upgrading windows using the creation tool but I run into the same issue. I launch the app the pulsing logo on a black background stays there for an eternity and the only way to get by it is right clicking the app clicking on something that would be in the app in the task bar options for example the sign in option . It brings me in but I can't install games or sign in. Both sign in buttons do nothing and certain things work fine and others just wont respond. In cloud gaming It says my store account is different than my Microsoft account which is false . I've gone through every reddit thread and every video I can find and no one has this issue or has solved this that I am aware of. If this helps at all the version number is 2309.1001.3.0 . Nothing unusual has been changed or added to my machine so I have no clue why this app was working before and now it is not. Thanks in advance.

I dont know what support I would call for that since it's a pc issue and not a console
If someone knows how to remove everything xbox related app data and all that jazz and I do a clean isntall it should work but I think its corrupt because clicking Uninstalland delete the token folder is not enough apparently
And I do no want to reinstall windows just becuase one application is funky ill just cancel my gamepass at that point
