Does anyone know if microsoft complete only covers the original controller that came with the xbox or Does also cover any extra controller you might buy? This is what it says Microsoft Complete covers your Xbox console, plus included controller, against accidents and mechanical or electrical breakdowns for up to three years. For covered controllers and consoles, you get up to two replacements of a standard controller or one replacement of an Elite Series 2 controller, and one replacement of the console – no deductible required

I'm talking about the extended warranty with microsoft complete for 3 years

It doesn't say anything about if you can use microsoft complete to replace a different controller besides the original

Warranties tend to cover the things they are bought with. And they tend to not cover random things completely unrelated to the purchase.

So I wouldn't be able to trade in the original controller for an example like at game stop to get one of the color ones and I would to use that one as my main controller?

You could certainly trade in your old controller.
Your new controller would come with a different warranty with different terms.

I'm asking about microsoft complete and weather or not I can use it to replace one of those controllers when the original warranty runs out of time for a controller I buy
