Does anybody know a fix to this I’ve reinstalled it twice and closed the game I don’t know what to do

is it when you try to open the game is auto closes or something or when you are in game and try to log into your epic account

I open the game logging with my Xbox acc then it loads for a sec then it say login failed

It just says login failed a buffering circle and a yellow retry button
