My xbox randomly turned off two days ago whilst I was playing video games. I tried multiple different ways to fix it such as changing the ports, unplugging it for 10+ seconds, up to 10 hours and it still has yet to turn on. My USB ports work as my controller still charges, but the console just won’t turn on! When I picked it up right after it randomly turned off, it was pretty hot. I’m not sure how to fix it, please help!
#Xbox series S won’t turn on!

Oh, so this happened to me 2 years ago and when I called and everything the only thing to do was send it in and get a replacement sent to me. This is sorta like the ring of death but for Series S, when you get a replacement keep it in a more open space and maybe get a cooling fan for it because they pump a lot out and don't have great fans to cool them down.

You can call in or go to the Microsoft page and just request servicing with your warranty.
I ordered it two years ago, I don’t think I got insurance on it, but I may have. Either way, it wouldn’t work to this day, because I purchased the console over two years ago, so how would I be able to refund it?
It’s odd because my USB ports still work. The xbox itself just won’t turn on? I don’t get it. Is it a motherboard issue or a PSU problem?
Ya I had the same thing but it happend to me 4 months after getting it, just go to the support link I sent when they open and request a call then tell them all about your problem, they may be able to just replace it and have you send it in because its a hardware thing.
