Hello so I installed 2 games via redeem code from codes from Ebay. The issue is its not showing up in my owned games and it says buy when I go to install it at the digital store. It does say they’re in my order/purchase history though. I redeemed the codes on the Microsoft website.

personally i wouldnt buy any game codes on ebay only trusted sites like newegg amazon etc. meaneater is optimized for series s/x. do a hard restart.

hold power button until console shuts down. remove all cables and wait 2 min.

and replug cables and press power button

Check your order history that’s actually the game, and you didn’t redeem a code for name that’s similar.
