so last christmas i got an elite series 2 controller for christmas, and recently the bumpers have been acting up so i went to get it serviced on the website but it said my warranty had expired in early september, but to my knowledge the warranty for the elite series 2 controller lasts a year so it should expire christmas of this year so im really confused

the warranty will be from the date on your receipt contact support with proof of purachse
The date on the service page will be from a estimated date based on when it was buit and shiiped to the retailer it could then spend time in store or a dispatch centre
if i dont have the recipt but the card it was bought on will it still work?
