So hello folks! I’ve already explained some of this in the general chat but I’m at a breaking point here. So, let me explain. My account “TheTrueDonut#870” or “LittleLITboy” (Old name when I was like 8-9). Has recently been locked me out, now I’ve been troubleshooting for quite a few months (I think since June or July) to get into my account and transfer it to my new Xbox series X. Now since I cannot access the account, I cannot change the phone number (which is invalid and is no longer in use). I’ve looked all over my house for any sign of a password sheet to no avail. Of course, I’ve filled out those forms but have gotten the “Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership.” Which while it does suck, I’ve been slowly improving on filling out the forms (I added the credit card and it took an actual day for it to be delivered V.I.A email, Still didn’t work). So obviously I have yet to contact customer support (I’m just trying on my own before I seek professional help from them). So, TLDR: Phone number is old, meaning I cannot change the password, and log back into my account.
