Hello I am trying to remove someone who is using my home xbox who I no longer have contact with, I'm looking for a way to remove their account off of my home xbox without signing into their account as I do not know their password.

Only thing that comes to my mind is performing a factory reset, you can do it by.
going into the settings - System - Console info - reset console - Reset and keep my games.
(removes: all accounts, save files [cloud saves arent being removed], settings and home Xbox associations)
but this will remove all of your other home associations.
