Hello, I ordered a custom Xbox controller from the Xbox website, it did not come as I designed it, when I try to get support, I need to put in the controllers serial number but it can’t be found… so now I’m here with a faulty controller with no way to get support since I can’t even ring their number as it doesn’t exist, please help me.

Yes I can't get their number or support email and the bot doesn't have my issue listed.
Just pick a random thing like billing support in the drop down. Once you talk to someone they’ll be able to get it to the right section.
Design lab controllers don’t show up on your regular order history but they do show up at https://xboxdesignlab.xbox.com/en-us/sales/order/history/
Mine are all old… if yours is new maybe there is a “help” link next to it?
