Error message when I redeem rewards from the Xbox app

Everytime I try to reedem a reward with my Xbox points (ex: $5 Xbox giftcard/ 200 Robux digital card,) it always gives me an error code. If this is happening to anyone else or if you know how to fix it, please ping me.

is it thos your trying to redeem when you get that error in your screenshot ?

Likely your not in a supported region or you have something of skew in your billing information on your microsoft account or region settings on your PC causing the issue
