To have the restrictions be removed before you become an adult you need to have an adult guardian add you to a family and then modify your restrictions. If you are a child account not in a family you will automatically get the default restrictions applied to your account.

But again, if you wait it'll resolve itself (as long as your birthdate was entered correctly when you created the account).
