I got a pair of headphones wireless with usb thing to connect and i pluged in to the console and its not working

You need to either use officially sponsored Xbox labeled wireless headphones or plug any regular pair of headphones in to your controller

but my previous statement is everything.... headphones via controller, wireless headphones if they are officially licensed by xbox, or speakers if you can connect them to hdmi
