I’ve been using the same internet for a few years and I recently logged onto my xbox and I was disconnected from xbox live. When I went to connect to the internet, I could not see any wireless networks. I tried typing in the SSID, but I get a message about security protocols. Does anyone know what to do?

Also I have already tries resetting both my router and my Xbox.

Try: Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address and selecting "Clear" > Reboot

You can also try a hard reset and then unplug the console for a few seconds. Plug it back in.
