I can't claim the mincraft realm perk on The xbox game pass Application. I am on the xbox one s and have had it for 7 years no problems with it, I play on the latest updates.
I have restarted my xbox and Internet and account but they did not work
When I redeem the code it tells me what I will get and what it comes with, but when I try to claim it it freeze and does nothing the longest I've been on the page was for half a hour with no movement at all
I can claim any other perks flawlessly but it's just the realm
There is a mysterious button behind all the other ones on the claim page that looks like it shouldn't be there ( i would attachphoto but cant )
I don't know what I should do

no, im just covering all options, you wouldnt be able to redeem it if you've had bedrock minecraft realms in the last 6 months.

no, the T/C only states that you wouldnt be eligible for it if you've had a subscription for realms in the last 6 months.

it is, the T/C does say "requires minecraft bedrock edition and a payment instrument to redeem".. you need something for payment should you want to continue, but you can cancel it/stop it from recurring.
