Hi, i have problem with Dark Souls 3 on disc, when I insert disc it's start spinning and just stop, and my Xbox do this few times in a row. I don't have any icon about disc in console, when i insert any other game i don't have any problem. My console is Xbox One S

Those two tests will tell you if your Xbox or the disc is broken.

It was new, this was a gift for me but i don't have time to test it before

Found this out a while back when my Wii disc wasn’t working and it looked fine. Put a black light on it and there were a couple scratches

But when i put this disc my disc drive work isn't normal (and sorry if i do mistakes english it's not my main language)

If the disc have scratches under UV light i can do something or i just have to buy another copy?

If you do see scratches I’m not sure how you would fix that but I do know that any other blemishes can be wiped off with a wipe.

I’d try this and see if it helps. Honestly I’m no expert at repairing.
