You gave up your name and someone else took it.
That is not something “enforcement” should get involved in.
They didn’t hack you, steal it, or scam you.

It’s just impossible that in just 1 sec of change my Gamertag is been taken, and the account that has the Gamertag is on gray profile picture, 0 gamescore, 0 followers and 0 friends!
