As a 13 year old when I got an Xbox last Christmas I used my email of being 13 but the proplem is when I try to change the parental controls the option to sign in as a parent is grey and I am unable to change it neither of my parents are very technical but they have given me permission to have games such as COD and Borderlands on my PS4. And if your thinking to just make a new email/account the reason I havent done that is becuase I have game pass on my curent acount. If anyone has and tips or things to try it would be greatly appreciated.
