My gamepass games wont download | XBOX | Page 1

When I press install on starfield or any other game it says installing 0% and then stops and has the green install button again. Ive repaired the app , Reset it and restarted my pc and it is still not working any help?

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:

What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

I cannot download anything off gamepass when I press install it starts and then stops in about a second.
Ive repaired it and reset xbox app and ive also changed my region and reset my pc
Everything ive tried on Q2 is what I got off the internet

it lets me play cloud gaming but not download stuff

have you checked that you have the right drive selected for down and it as space? Everything upto date xbox app windows and gaming sevices ?

Yes the game is 140.9gb and the disk im downloading it on has 208gb of space

Pretty sure starfield is a cloud gaming game so unless you bought it you can't download it
