Missing email to cancel Xbox game pass subscription

I wish to cancel my Xbox game pass. I am currently inside the Xbox app on pc.

When I go to settings -> account -> subscriptions -> manage, I need to fill in my email. It says that my email doesn't exist anymore.

• I do have my Xbox game pass username, but it doesn't allow me to use it.
• I also can't recover anything with my phone (or anything else) number since it isn't connected.

How can I find my email or cancel my subscription another way?
