I bought Assassin's Creed 2 for Xbox 360 on the Microsoft Store, and when I open it it tells me to download your profile. when I do it it tells me to check the connection, the problem is that when I try to run it it tells me that it is not possible to connect, even though I don't have any connection problems.

the problem is that when one person replies under a post, other people tend not to care anymore. unfortunately in the post I made I didn't get any real help but only problems that that same person had.
