Assassin's creed II for the xbox 360 doesn't work on my xbox one

I bought Assassin's Creed 2 for Xbox 360 on the Microsoft Store, and when I open it it tells me to download your profile. when I do it it tells me to check the connection, the problem is that when I try to run it it tells me that it is not possible to connect, even though I don't have any connection problems.

Just saying, this problem been going on for years, some years ago this error happened to me in the game Portal, I'm almost sure I fixed but I don't know how unfortunately

No. thats my first game.
but a person on this server told me that my xbox one account is simultaneously an xbox 360 account

Yeah that's why you are having problems, when you first get a game In Xbox 360 in Xbox one or series, it appears to download your profile so a Xbox 360 account can be created with all the info of your Xbox one and series account, but I don't know why but during this process of downloading it's happening some glitch that doesn't let you end the download. I'm almost sure that's what's happening. I don't have a fix unfortunately.

that download of info actually completes it for me, the problem is that when I put "download account" it tells me connection failed. If you meant the initial download obviously, otherwise I'm wrong lol

at least probably if you fix this problem with that game all the other Xbox 360 games won't have this problem

ok it's confirmed, it was probably a problem with my damn wi fi because in the end an icon appeared at the bottom that said "connected to xbox live" which had never appeared to me until then.

I don't know why but whatever
