Hi, I wanted to know something. yesterday i bought from a used market in my city battlefield 4 for xbox 360. i tried to put the installation cd inside my xbox one but it doesn't work it says that there could be a network problem or other things (my xbox is connected to the internet). solutions?

So it’s already concluded it’s not BC, but it’s odd you get that error. Does other internet stuff work?

yes, internet work

#

however, when I close this warning that it gives me, a CD icon appears in the recent applications in the home. if I click it, I get a warning saying that the game is not supported

#

but it seems strange to me because as soon as I put it on and the console reads the DVD I get that warning about the network and other problems

It’s probably a fallback error and nothing to worry about, as long as other stuff works it’s fine

yes ok but it won't let me play. what should i do with the dvd i throw it away?

As I said, the game isn’t BC

Backwards compatible. It allows to play 360 games on xb1 or later consoles

^ that, either sell the disc or as you said throw it away if selling isn’t worth ig

Unless u have a working 360

I asked the seller if the disc was intact and if there were no scratches, he told me that I have 2 days to try it and if it doesn't work I'll take it back and choose another game. but at this point I don't think he'll let me change it because it's not something that concerns the DVD
