Series consoles only supports 120fps over hdmi
Right
@junior night so why do my montior go to 4k only 60hz
😂
R u using the hdmi 2.1 cable that came with the series x
Also what model is ur tv/monitor?
Which console do u have? Series s or x @quiet abyss
Then it wont display 4k120. Series s can only display natively 1440p120. It may do 4k but that really depends on the game. Do not expect series s to do 4k natively
It doesnt have the hardware for it
It will upscale the resolution to match ur 4k tv or monitor
Oh I can’t get 1440p with. 120hz
Lol
U could. U were talking about 4k120 not 1440p120
Does ur tv/monitor support 120fps over hdmi?
Set it to 1080p120. Its a 1080p screen not 1440p
I’m on that and should I allow all y c c and 50hz or no
50hz no thats is for tv monitors that only display at 50hz
Ok what about y c c
Thats color compression of the visual effects of what u see. That really depends on u. Test it out
4.2.2 is the best
I just leave it
At 120fps the visual effects may downgrade to get 120fps
I’m 120fps too I check
Do not change settings if you don’t know what they are for. If your tv needed the 422 then it would say that.
If you needed the 24 and 50hz settings to watch movies then you’d know that too.
These aren’t magic game improvement settings.
@junior night would u have vabile refresh rate at gaming only or always on
@jaunty dawn
Does your tv support vrr?
Yh
if your tv supports vrr then turn vrr for gaming and see if it works.
if your tv does not properly suport vrr then you'll get visual artifacts.
@jaunty dawn so what about y c c
