What model is your TV?
Bush 32inch TV
Model number: VL32HDLED-D
Yeah that tv is definitely not 1440p. Not much info around on it
But why can it display it, it doesn't make any sense
Xbox will not display past the hardware of ur tv. If its 1080p then 1080p. It wont display 1440p on a 1080p monitor or tv
Your TV may be able to detect a signal that exceeds its native resolution and downscale. Not sure why it would do that.
Was 1440p in the display options menu automatically or did you need to go into manual settings?
Had to go into Manual settings, ALSO I can set it to 1080p 120hz when the TV was advertised as just a 1080p 60hz display
I've never been so caught off guard by a TV before
I'm also able to put its colour Depth to 36 bits per pixel (12-bit)...
Either this TV is secretly awesome or something is broke
I'd send screen shots if I could
