is your xbox getting close to overheating?
have you checkedd the xbox tv settings to ensure you haven't turned on something your tv doens't properly support? (i acciedntally had VRR enabledd and it made Starfield flash black a lot)

that's whiled never seen anything like that. Assuming it only happens in starfield then i would reach out too Bethesda support otherwise there may be an hardware issue with your console or tv
