Cod the current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live

I have a issue with cod games on backwards compatibility not letting me play them and it says the current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live and I have tried to clear local Xbox 360 storage and I also restarted my console I also tested other Xbox one games and I’m online just fine any suggestions
