I bought JoJos Allstar battle last year before it was on Gamepass. Let alone a couple later it comes to Gamepass. I can’t refund it why? It’s not on my eligible list, but I’ve contemplated calling Xbox support to figure it out because I spent maybe $50-$70 on that game and would love to get it back. Pretty late so I’m shy on hope, but anything helps. Thanks.

Also I’ve checked on my card for when I did make the payment and the time frame when the game was put on Gamepass and I’ve had no reverse transactions giving me my money back.

Sometimes things that you buy go on sale or become free. That’s the way of the world.
You still own the game though and when it is removed from@game pass you’ll still be able to play it.
