Controller Shutting Off While Watching Video | XBOX | Page 1

I always use my Xbox for media, with my headphones plugged directly into the controller. Entire movies, hours of television. Today, while watching an epsiode of tv, the controller is shutting off every 10-15 minutes or so. It has never (and I really mean never) done this before. I updated it as well. Help?

Idk if this will help but I’m guessing y’all just have to use the controller wired if possible via the usb-c port on top
