I wouldnt worry about that just restart your xbox and your hub

Are you actually having trouble or are you just seeing the 100% loss response when doing the network test?
Because I’m fairly certain those network tests are flakey

If your games work fine then there is no problem
If your games work: everything is fine
If your games do not work: then you need to troubleshoot

from what I am getting is that you tested your network this morning all was good. You just done a other test and now getting a 100% loss on a wired connection. You 1st need to work out if its actually an issue before asking for help. Play a game. I would as a matter of course restart your xbox and router if its giving a stange reading

If your asking if you should have a ping yes every single connection would have a ping just like they have a connection speed.

For ping the lower to 0 the better but your always going to have something. For packet loss then that should be no more than 1 % and on a wired connection i expect it too be 0%. Ping and packet loss are not the same thing

your talking about differnt things
you have a ping of 12ms everything with that is fine 12ms is in fact very good anything under 100ms should be playable
your packet loss you mentioned showed at 100% loss that is bad. Before you start jumping too concusions on what the issue is and if its the xbox doing it. Then you need to find out if there is in fact an issue you havent even tried to play a game. Or restart your console or hub

there is a restart option dont just turn it off and on select the restart so you get the xbox anamantion start up
